Terms & Conditions


1. Product & Specifications

  • Product specifications, dimensions, weight, colours and features may be subject to minor changes due to product improvements or manufacturing processes.
  • Images shown on the website, brochures or social media are for representation purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Product accessories and included items are limited to those specifically mentioned in the quotation, invoice or product description.

2. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Any additional work, accessories, customisation, transportation or installation outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price mentioned in a confirmed quotation will remain applicable according to its stated validity.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance/payment and confirmation from INDIBOHO.
  • Payment terms will be as specified in the quotation or invoice.
  • For customised products or installations, work may commence only after receipt of the agreed advance.
  • Once production or customised work has commenced, cancellation may be subject to deductions for material, labour and other costs already incurred.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to production schedules, availability of materials, transportation or circumstances beyond INDIBOHO's reasonable control.
  • Any delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Installation & Fitment

  • Installation should be carried out according to INDIBOHO's recommended installation procedure.
  • For rooftop tents and awnings, the customer must provide a suitable and compatible roof-rack/crossbar system unless otherwise agreed.
  • Installation may be subject to additional charges where the required mounting system or vehicle-specific modifications are outside the standard fitment scope.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, unsuitable mounting equipment or unauthorised modifications is not the responsibility of INDIBOHO.

6. Vehicle Compatibility & Load Capacity

The customer should verify:

  • Vehicle compatibility.
  • Roof-rack/crossbar compatibility.
  • Permissible roof-load capacity.
  • Rack manufacturer's load limits.
  • Product weight and applicable load requirements.
  • Adequate mounting points and clearance.

INDIBOHO does not assume responsibility for damage resulting from exceeding vehicle or roof-rack load limits or using an incompatible mounting system.

7. RTO & Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable motor vehicle laws, regulations and requirements of the relevant registering/transport authority for their vehicle and installation. Where any approval, endorsement, inspection or documentation is required, the customer shall obtain the same before using the vehicle on public roads.

8. Product Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery/installation and report any visible damage, missing components or discrepancies promptly.

9. Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation and return requests are subject to the product type and order status. Standard stocked products may be eligible for cancellation/return subject to INDIBOHO's approval and applicable deductions. Customized, modified or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced.

10. Customization charges.

Customized products, vehicle-specific modifications and special configurations are manufactured or supplied according to the customer's approved requirements. Once approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

11. Warranty

Every INDIBOHO product comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal intended use.

Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, unsuitable mounting systems, overloading and damage caused by extreme conditions or improper care.

12. Product Use & Safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the supplied installation and usage instructions.

Customers must exercise appropriate caution during adverse weather conditions. Awnings and rooftop tents should be properly secured, supported and packed away when conditions exceed their intended operating limits.

Awnings must not be left unattended in strong winds, storms or severe weather conditions. Support legs and guy ropes must be used as instructed.

13. Maintenance & Care

Proper maintenance, cleaning, drying and storage are the responsibility of the customer. Products should be completely dry before being packed and stored for extended periods.

14. Third-Party Products

INDIBOHO may require or recommend third-party products such as roof racks, crossbars, mounting systems, electrical equipment or accessories. Such products may be subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty and terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, INDIBOHO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use, installation or inability to use the product.

16. Force Majeure

INDIBOHO shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, supply-chain disruptions or other unforeseen events.

17. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, technical drawings and other content published by INDIBOHO remain the intellectual property of INDIBOHO or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

18. Changes to Terms

INDIBOHO reserves the right to update its product specifications, policies and terms from time to time. The terms applicable to a confirmed order will be those communicated to the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat.
